Desire is a very popular device from HTC launched back in 2010 and still
people are liking it due to its hardware and specifications as it has 1
GHz processor, 576 MB RAM, HD display along with impressive battery and
many more.
Yes its true that the specifications of this device is quite old compared to latest devices but this handset is capable enough to run latest Kitkat 4.4.2 version of Android. If you have this smart handset and know about the features of latest Android update then you must follow the procedure which I have mentioned below to update HTC Desire to Kitkat 4.4.2 using J00m custom ROM.
Apart from that many custom ROMs are available for this device but this gonna be a unique one, many new or existing android users running out of Kitkat 4.4 are looking for this update. You should thank J00m developers for giving this update so soon, it doesn’t matter its official or unofficial, you can follow without fear of warranty violation.
If your device is already rooted and installed CWM recovery then its fine, if not then you have to do the same to get this update. This device is solely developed for this device, if you apply this to any other device it may damage your handset or brick for lifetime. Here below are some checkout that you must have to go through it, until you fulfill all the requirements you won’t get this.
